1. About these terms
These terms apply to rknkt.com and rknkt.app, run by RKNKT, Belgium ("RKNKT", "we", "us"). They cover your talent account, your dashboard, your Talent Passport and the contact form. By making an account you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.
RKNKT is being registered as a company. Once that's done, the company name, enterprise number and address will be added here.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 16. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to make an account, and they have to sign any deal with a brand together with you.
3. Your account
- Keep your login details to yourself, and your information correct and up to date.
- You're responsible for what happens with your account. Turning on two step verification helps keep it safe.
- Think someone else got into your account? Change your password, log out other devices in Settings, and tell us at contact@rknkt.com.
- One account per person.
4. Your profile and numbers
Brands rely on your profile, so it has to be true. Don't pretend to be someone else, don't connect accounts that aren't yours, and don't inflate your numbers (for example with bought followers or viewers). We may remove the verified badge, hide a profile or end an account when we find out it isn't honest.
5. Brands and deals
- We look for collaborations that fit you, but we can't promise you'll get offers.
- Every offer is yours to accept or decline.
- A deal is only final once it's confirmed in writing (an accepted offer in your dashboard, or a separate contract). The exact work, payment and deadlines are in that deal, and they come before these terms where they differ.
- Do the work you agreed to, on time, and follow the platform rules for sponsored content, such as clearly marking ads and paid partnerships.
- When you've asked us to set your rates (a rate of 0), we propose a fair price, and you still decide on each offer.
6. Plans
Rookie is free. Pro and Elite give you more, such as brand assets, reports, opportunities and 1:1 support. Online payment isn't available yet: for now our team switches your plan after you've agreed on it with us. The price and what's included are confirmed before you pay anything.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use RKNKT to:
- break the law, or post illegal, hateful or sexual content;
- harass, threaten or scam other people, including brands and our team;
- send spam or bulk messages;
- upload malware, or try to get around logins, rate limits or other security;
- scrape the site, or make accounts or send forms with bots;
- use other people's work without their permission.
8. Your content
What you upload or write (your profile picture, bio and messages) stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it as needed to run RKNKT: for example on your Talent Passport when it's public, to our team, and to brands we propose you to. Only upload what you have the right to use.
9. Our brand and site
The RKNKT name, logo, design and site belong to RKNKT. Brand assets we give you may only be used as we agree with you. Names and logos of other platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and others) belong to their owners and only show which platform is connected.
10. Connected platforms
When you connect a platform, its own terms apply too. Connecting YouTube means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms can change or stop what they share with us, so numbers can sometimes be missing or out of date.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings: see Copy or delete your data. Deals you've already confirmed still have to be completed or ended as agreed in that deal.
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you why first.
12. Liability
We work hard to keep RKNKT running and correct, but it's provided as it is, and parts of it are still being built. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damage such as lost income or lost data, for what brands or other people do, or for changes made by connected platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
13. Law and disputes
Belgian law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Belgium. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the law of the EU country you live in. Let's try to solve problems together first: email contact@rknkt.com.
14. Changes
We'll update these terms when RKNKT changes, for example when online payments arrive. The date at the top shows the latest version. If something important changes, we'll tell you in your dashboard or by email before it applies. Using RKNKT after that means you accept the new terms.
